Description This project is for the design and construction of a potential 800 feet by 400 feet concrete/asphalt driver training area with a driveway that includes storm sewer, detention area, and waterline for hydrant. The design includes survey, soil borings, and a review of existing conditions. This project will mostly include, but is not limited to, structural, and mechanical services; evaluation; programming; environmental site assessment; engineering and contract administration / inspection services. The scope of the work shall include design, and engineering services.
