| Description | The project consists of constructing approximately 5,574 LF of 6 -12 inch water main and 4,441 LF of 6 -8 inch sanitary sewer and related appurtenances. A Certified or Cashier S Check, or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Longview, Texas and furnish bonds on the forms provided. Bidders Are Expected to Inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves of all local conditions. Time of completion shall be two hundred seventy (270) calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
