Description

The following: BID NO. 7757 TO PURCHASE PAINT AND PAINT SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS HUDSON COUNTY DEPARTMENTS (SET-ASIDE BID). Please note that this is designated as a "Set-Aside Contract" and the County intends to award this bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-41, et seq. & Ordinance No.: 243-4-2016, a copy of which is available on portal. The following groups checked below are able to bid on this project: X Qualified Women's Business Enterprise X Qualified Small Business Enterprise X Qualified Minority Business Enterprise X Qualified Veteran Business Enterprise Any bids received by a person or entity not indicated above will be rejected bythe County of Hudson as not being responsive to the bid. Questions are to be submitted in writing via email on February 6, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. to Christine Moro, Purchasing Agent at questions.purchasing@hcnj.us. No further questions will be accepted after this time. Answers will be posted before the end of business on February 7, 2023. Bids may be submitted by delivery or courier service, including, but not limited to, UPS, Federal Express, DHL or U.S. Express Mail. These bids must arrive prior to the scheduled bid opening time. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR BID AT THE BID OPENING TIME. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County as provided by law.
