Description

Site Directions: The site is located less than 1/4 mile northwest of the Four Bears Casino and Resort complex, on the north side of ND highway 23. Turn right on Sakakawea St. past the complex, take the first left on Bakersfield Dr., then immediately left again on Iva Dr. The lift station is located on south side of Iva Dr. The approximate coordinates are 47.983182 N, 102.582740 W. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct/install 775 linear feet of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer main, 66 linear feet of 16-inch Yelomine road bore, 7 sanitary sewer manholes, 46.7 Additional feet of manhole, 23 vertical feet of drop manhole, Woman Goes Out lift station renovations, temporary sewage by-pass pumping, standby generator set with concrete pad, propane tank with concrete pad and piping, 107 linear feet of chain link fence, one double swing gate, site electrical service, and all other incidentals required to complete the work as specified.
