Description

The scope of this project is the design of a new canopy over the existing upstate medical university hospital emergency department. This canopy will provide cover for ambulances and walk-in ed patients. The project will also provide cover for ice falling from above, provide additional signage and way-finding to the ed, and provide a permanent decontamination shower to replace existing temporary and portable systems. As a part of this project, there is a re-roofing component at the 6th floor of the east wing of the hospital.
