| Description | The Housing Authority of the City of Texas City (TCHA) is soliciting proposals in response to an annual bid for lawn maintenance services for TCHA properties from qualified vendors to provide materials and services. It is the responsibility of the submitting vendor to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. The TCHA reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or vendors that submit proposals.
