| Description | Pursuant to the provisions in the Arizona procurement rules and code, Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. seeks proposals to establish contracts for PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. Late offers shall not be considered. This solicitation consists of instructions to bidders, scope of work, specifications, evaluation requirements, special terms and conditions, general terms and conditions, standard terms and conditions for construction, pricing workbook, award criteria, bid and acceptance form, and form of contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire contents of this solicitation prior to submitting a bid. Failure to examine any of the requirements will be at the bidder's sole risk. Mohave reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and/or reject all bids in whole or in part if Mohave determines that cancellation and/or rejection are advantageous to Mohave and/or its members. |
