Heritage Building Alley, Paving and Utility Improvements

Project to install an alley between West Davis Street and West Main Street (next to the Heritage Building), and to replace sidewalk, parking, flume, and utility facilities The project includes approximately 190 square yards of sidewalk, 250 square yards of alley pavement, 170 square yards of street and parking pavement, 181 linear feet of 6 water line, 141 linear feet of 6" sanitary sewer, and miscellaneous appurtenances, sodding, landscape, and irrigation improvements.
