Description

1.Provide Pest Control per RTD Specifications. The contact term is for one yearfrom the receipt of Notice To Proceed. There are 4 one- year options at RTD’sdiscretion. 2.Option(s). If RTD has included the potential for options on this Contract,proposals should be adjusted to cover such option(s). The option quantities orperiods contained in the proposer’s proposal shall be evaluated in order todetermine Contract award. When options have not been evaluated as part of theaward, the exercise of such options will be considered “sole source”procurements. RTD will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the totalproposed price for all options to the total proposed price for the initial term of theContract. Award of a Contract containing options shall not obligate RTD toexercise such option(s).
