Description

Conversion of one existing Squash Court and two existing Racquetball Courts to new multi-purpose functional training space. Structural scope of work includes removal of large portions of the existing concrete walls between courts to provide large open spaces for the new programs. The existing walls are load bearing and function as shear walls, so scope includes new foundation work and structural steel framework to support the new openings. A new small mezzanine slab will be constructed within one of the existing racquetball courts. Architectural scope includes new finishes and wall graphics throughout.
