Description

R-7 Pedestrian Mall Operations Division Grounds Maintenance Project Number 18-19099 TTU University, Lubbock, Texas 1. Reconstruct existing R-7 Parking Lot to include a central Pedestrian Mall and new hardscape on the East and West sides of the Parking Lot 2. Install/expand existing storm drain system in the R-7 lot and on Boston Avenue. 3. Install new Landscape and Irrigation for the pedestrian mall and the new hardscape areas.
