Description | This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for SACN - Emergency Fire System Repairs. RFQ and award, if made, are in accordance with Terms and Conditions and all addenda attached to this RFQ. 00010 Emergency Fire System Repairs at Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway in accordance with the SOW. Product/Service Code: J012 Product/Service Description: MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- FIRE CONTROL EQUIPMENT Delivery: 14 Days After Award Period of Performance: 01/15/2023 to 01/30/2023. The work consists offurnishing the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to repair and replace unserviceable components ofthe fire suppression system at the facility know as the National Park Service Administrative Headquarters and Visitor Information Center located at 401 North Hamilton Street; St Croix Falls, WI. Inclusive to removal and reinstallation of 5-branch lines, demolition and replacement of2-main lines; will be the requirement to test the energized system to determine the process is successful. Contractor shall clean-up all work areas by removing all waste and rubbish created by the work and leave the job site in a manner acceptable to the project Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Contractor will be responsible for disposal of all demolition components and materials in conformance with applicable federal, state, and local pollution control regulations. It is requested that every effort is extended to recycle, reclaim, and repurpose all demolition materials to the greatest extent possible, as deemed feasible by the Contractor. Anticipated start date is scheduled for November 2022; however, it is subject to change. Work hours shall be between the hours of 7:00-am to 3:30-pm - Monday through Friday, and no work shall be performed on weekends or federal holidays. All work will be accomplished during a single site visit and under a single contract. Contractor shall notify the COR no less than 1-day prior to project initiation. |
