FLOORING WILL INCLUDE COVERAGE UNDER ALL APPLIANCES. a.Vinyl Flooring: Exalt, 5.9” x 36.8” plank flooring, supplied by contractor. i.Color: As selected by House Director. 17)PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW RUBBER BASE THROUGHOUT KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM. a.Rubber Base: 4” Cove Base, 1/8” Thick, as manufactured by Johnsonite or Roppe Corporation or approved equivalent. i.Color: As selected by House Director. 18)REINSTALL THE REFRIGERATORS, RANGES AND DISHWASHER INTO THE NEW CABINETS AND COUNTER. a.Dishwasher Installation Requirements: i.Provide and install an ASME A112.1.3 or A112.1.2 dishwasher air gap fitting, installed integrally with the machine, or provide a backflow preventer installed in compliance with NYS Residential Code Section 2902. ii.Install the dishwasher discharge pipe or tubing with a rise to the underside of the counter. Securely fasten or otherwise hold it in that position before connecting it to the head of the garbage disposal system or to a wye-fitting in the sink tailpiece. Trap serving the dishwasher shall be not less than 1 ½ inches, outside diameter. 19REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM THE SITE.
