The City of Sanford, Florida hereby invites qualified architects, designers, and contractors, who are licensed to practice in the State of Florida, to submit proposals for the performance of a full service A & E firm to design, engineer and permit a municipal fire station, providing for a complete bid and permitting package consistent with a previously conceptually designed fire station. See Exhibit "A" Conceptual Design.
