| Description | Provide analytical water quality services in the 2022-23 fiscal year, with the possibility of extension for up to 3 more fiscal years. The selected laboratory must be certified through the California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). The City will require water sample analysis to comply with the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board Monitoring Order (R9-2021-0100, monitoring and reporting locations attached). The selected laboratory is expected to provide services as provided in the Scope of Work for processing various water samples associated with the Pure Water Oceanside Program. |
