JN: 00-000 Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education dba: Bismarck State College to facilitate the construction of the BSC Polytechnic Building at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, ND. 1. This project consists of a multi-story educational facility with a combined area of approximately 80,0000 square feet. 2. The work will be constructed in two (2) phases in accordance with the Project Schedule. Some preliminary site grading and storage building work has been completed under the prior bid phase BP-1. BP-2 is the final bid phase. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal.
