PKG057 Barrington Place Elementary School Additions and Renovations Package A Questions Due Date: Mar 27th 2023, 10:00 AM CDT The estimated construction cost of work for this project is Sixteen Million Dollars. ($16,000,000.00). Any questions or needed clarifications shall be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A section in Bonfire before the deadline for questions due date and time: Monday, March 27, 2023, 10:00 AM CST. Questions received by the deadline and corresponding answers will be included in an Addendum and posted in FBISD e-bidding portal Bonfire. FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide renovations to the existing campus facilities at Barrington Place Elementary School. The scope of renovation work includes, but not limited to, interior partitions, finishes, casework, plumbing, electrical and mechanical improvements. The work also includes modifications and upgrades to technology and security systems as well as to the existing fire sprinkler systems. Repairs to existing foundation systems are documented to occur in limited areas. Site improvements include perimeter fencing and repairs to existing drives and walks. Alternate scope includes additions to the Gymnasium, Building Entry and site improvements including perimeter drives and playground structures. Intent to Bid by Apr 06, 2023 2:00 PM CDT.
