Project #: 673-20-109 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. Vendor verification of SDVOSB status can be found at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov. ANY PERSON OR ENTITY SUSPECTED OF MISREPRESENTATION FOR THE PURPOSE SECURING A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT MAY BE CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD AGAINST THE USG. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This solicitation will be evaluated on a trade-off basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, the procurement is a two (2) phase Design/Build IAW FAR 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I, proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit Phase II proposals. Block 13 A immediately below only refers to Phase One proposals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Tampa VAMC is a smoke free facility. Contractors, in-order to enter the campus, you must have a picture ID. All contractors are required to wear a face covering (covering the nose and mouth per C D C guidelines) while on campus. All contractors will be screened at the entrance of the campus. A series of questions will be asked & temperatures taken. While working inside or outside the VAMC, the contractor will be responsible to wear a face covering at all times. Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is not provided. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Refer to solicitation instructions for Phase One cutoff date for submission and Request for Information (RFI's) or questions (if any). All offerors must comply with all solicitation terms and conditions (T&C's). Please refer to the instructions contained in the attached Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Information. It shall also be known that funds are not currently available.
