Project #: 673-20-109 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, the procurement is a two (2) phase Design/Build IAW FAR 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I, proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit Phase II proposals. Contractors, in-order to enter the campus, you must have a picture ID. All contractors are required to wear a face covering (covering the nose and mouth per C D C guidelines) while on campus. All contractors will be screened at the entrance of the campus. A series of questions will be asked & temperatures taken. While working inside or outside the VAMC, the contractor will be responsible to wear a face covering at all times.
