Z--Glen Canyon Warehouse Renovation

Renovate a historical warehouse: work to be performed include renovating into office spaces, a training room, bathrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, workshops and warehouse space. All exterior glazing will be removed and replaced. Several site utility lines will be replaced back to the city connection. A new electrical meter will be installed. New entry canopies at the building will be installed. The roof will be replaced. New landscaping and a new monument will be installed in the front of the building. A new outdoor break area will be provided and installed and new parking spaces and truck turnaround area will be constructed with new fencing.
