| Description | The Community Development Department is requesting bids for Design-Build of a new non-residential mound sanitary sewer system for onsite wastewater treatment designed for 3,000 gallons of wastewater per day and connecting to a new Recreational Vehicle (RV) dump station that utilizes pretreatment units. The system will serve a new Group Campground which consists of 9 RV sites, 6 tent sites, group shelter and the RV dump station. Future expansion will add 25-30 RV sites, and a restroom/shower building. None of the planned or future campsites will have direct sewer hook-up. |
