Full or Partial Replacement of HVAC System

As of August 15, 2022, an award has not been made for this RFP. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority ("CHFA") is seeking recommendations and written proposals from licensed and qualified heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC") companies with offices in the State of Connecticut to replace all or some of its HVAC equipment and air ducts. The objective of the project is to assess the condition of the existing equipment, recommend the necessary replacement equipment and fix or install an HVAC system including, if necessary, new air ducts that are responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations, effective for the layout of the building and improve operating efficiency. CHFA reserves the right to modify the project as needed based on inspection results and recommendations and may require additional information or services.
