Weishaupt Burner Conversion

A. Remove existing burners (one each) from two Bryan Model RV600-S-150HP steam boilers. B. Supply and install one each for a total of two Weishaupt Model WM-G-20/2-AZMI burners and burner accessories. Substitutions are not acceptable C. Modify existing boiler front plate and refractory to accommodate new burner. D. Burners must be full modulation high turndown including linkage less controls. E. Head extensions shall be 12 inch combustion head extension. F. Supply and install remote control panel with accessories that shall include 460/3/60 motor starters, overloads, control transformers, switches, lights, alarm horn with silencing and pressure sensor. G. Install all electrical work as required. H. Supply and install mechanical piping as required including natural gas train, pilot line, and accessories. I. Supply and install variable frequency drive (VFM-200 with speed control module) on each burner. J. Variable frequency drives shall include capacity controller, analogue signal converter and speed control module. K. Vendor shall start, test, and tune for maximum efficiency and lowest emissions throughout the firing range. L. Review operation of new burners with Operating Engineers. M. Remove and dispose of all equipment.
