Description

The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, and material and permits required to complete the work including but not limited to: 1. All cuts are currently patched with rock/screenings for temporary repair and will need to be excavated prior to repair. 2. All repairs need to be 3” in depth completed in 2 lifts. 3. Most repairs will require additional saw cutting to square up the edges. These additional square footages have been included in the attached spreadsheet (an additional 6” on each side). 4. All repairs will need detailed documentation of the repair on city provided forms. 5. Contractor will be responsible for any traffic control needed 6. The work includes mobilization and all necessary traffic control in accordance with NCDOT specifications. Contractor shall provide all signage necessary for the project. Roadway may be closed to through traffic during active construction. 7. Daily cleaning the work site of all construction debris, leaving the area safe ready for traffic.
