Michael Ross Homes Exterior Renovations

Exterior Renovations at the twelve (12) buildings located at Michael Ross Homes, 1600 Sherman Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. Base Bid Porch Construction and Camera Electric: Camera Electric which includes the install of new electric conduit/wiring for existing security cameras to have them removed from the existing electrical panel within individual apartment units. Exterior work involves trenching/backfilling of underground conduit/wiring. Work inside basements of 4 buildings including drilling holes for conduit runs at mid depth of each floor joist and penetrating the walls separating the individual unit spaces and fire seal of these penetrations at adjoining apartments and final hook up of the existing camera wiring to the new wiring runs. The contractor will then remove the existing camera wiring from their existing apartment units' electrical panels. 2. Porch Construction includes the work as shown such as demo existing handrails assembly, existing entry trim and pediment, existing roof where shown, existing concrete for new column support and sidewalk, existing light fixture salvage for re-install after demo work, etc. - then new railing assemblies, new columns, new roof, new concrete as shown on drawings. Porch is the limited area of work as required to complete the Porch construction.
