This project is for the replacement of the existing structure that carries T-504 (Bender Bridge Road) over Elk Lick Creek in Somerset County. The existing 1 Span Wrought Iron Pony Truss Structure will be replaced with a 1-Span Composite Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge and includes minor roadway approach work, guide rail and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 7224, SECTION 504, in SOMERSET COUNTY, SUMMIT TOWNSHIP at the locations indicated on the plan.
