Description Local Goal: 18% EDGE/DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/VBE Consists of construction of green infrastructure measures at three sites in East Akron. This project serves to collect and detain storm water in the Rack 3 drainage area to reduce combined sewer overflows. This project works in conjunction with Kelly Conveyance (CSO Rack 3) and Chittenden Green Project (CSO Rack 3) to eliminate the need for a storage basin.
