Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for Multiple Sites Low Voltage Systems Capital Renewal Project

To perform Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services, as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto. The A/E will be required to design the project to comply with Orange County Public School’s Design Guidelines, State of Florida educational facilities requirements, and a sustainable building ratings system or a national model green building code per Florida Statutes. To replace or renew select systems and components, including fire alarm, intercom, and security camera (low voltage) sub-systems, for a renovation project known as Multiple Site Low Voltage Systems Capital Renewal, at approximately 40 schools, District-Wide, with an estimated construction budget of $20,700,000. The various campuses include Elementary, K8, Middle, and High schools across the District; some are single-building campuses; others have multiple-buildings. LDB:10% VBE:3%
