| Description | Contract with Vendors for plumbing services for all Town departments. Services under this Contract may include but are not limited to preventative maintenance, general maintenance, repair or replacement of a like item or item of similar purpose, plumbing fixtures which include wall hanging toilets, and like-and-kind replacement. The plumbing services under this Contract shall support Town-owned facilities varying in size on an as needed basis. All services shall be rendered at the location specified at the time of order. Any services that have been omitted from this scope of work which are clearly necessary or in conformance with normal plumbing installation, maintenance, and minor repair services practice shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in the scope of work. |
