| Description | This project shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to perform janitorial and related services at The Transportation Security Administration Office (TSA) located in the Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, WI. The required janitorial and related services include but are not limited to the following: interior and exterior cleaning, window washing, trash removal, recycling. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinated and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract for 365 days per year basis. The contract is being solicited with a one (1) year base period from August 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022. with four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The option periods are as follows: Option 1 period of performance is August 1, 2022 – July 31, 2023. Option 2 period of performance is August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024, Option 3 period of performance is August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2025. Option 4 period of performance is August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026. |
