| Description | In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 39.04.155, Yakima County Fire Protection District 12 / West Valley Fire Department and Yakima County Fire District 1 / Highland Fire Department, Yakima, Washington does hereby solicit applications from contractors desiring to be placed on the District's Small Works Roster for 2023. Applicants must be licensed contractors within the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for contracts in amounts less than $350,000 pursuant to RCW 52.14.110. Interested Contractors must complete an application form before proposals will be considered. The Roster will be in effect from February 15, 2023 through January 31, 2024 and will be updated upon receipt of a completed application. A contractor may request an application to be place on the Roster at any time during the period specified. |
