The scope of work consists of abatement of asbestos in four temporary buildings. Parr Elementary School o Temp building R1-148 has 85 SQ FT of 12"X12" floor tiles in the storage closets and HVAC close contain asbestos. o Temp building R1-079 has 124 linear feet of cove base throughout and 15 SQ FT of 12'X 12" floor tiles in the HVAC closet. Molholm Elementary School o Temp building R1-171 bathrooms and closets 12"x 12" floor tile 63 SQ FT contains asbestos. Martensen Elementary School o Temp building R1-108 HVAC closet 12 SQ FT 12" X 12" floor tiles contains asbestos. Location and Quantities: o Martensen Elementary School - 6625 W 45th Pl, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 - 1 temporary buildings o Molholm Elementary School - 6000 W 9th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214 - 1 temporary buildings o Parr Elementary School- 5800 W 84th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003 - 2 temporary buildings
