| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to excavate and install footing in between the existing pier footing for posts, connecting them. Contractor will ensure the height is even across each opening for proper door seal at bottom. b. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to install framing in rough openings to hang coil operating 8’ wide by 9’ tall metal manual open doors. c. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to install manual coil operating overhead doors in all 3 openings and grade the approach inside and outside for ease of parking equipment inside. d. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remove and replace window in Job Corps shop. |
