| Description | Rehabilitation of the Basin Eagles Annex consists of constructing a new exterior wall on the west side of the existing structure with a utility chase between the new wall and the existing interior framing. Work also includes repairing the water and sewer utilities in this new chase, extending the existing electrical system to provide exterior and emergency power to this wall, and installing a new exterior entryway and sidewalk for access into the building. Other work includes extending the roof structure and the interior entrance corridor to the new exterior wall. This project is funded in part by US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Wyoming Business Council's Community Development Block Grant program. |
