Scope : The work under this contract shall consist of removing existing Structure B-56-0789, grading, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface, beam guard, Structure B-56-0242, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. 104-005 (20090901) Sauk County; 5976-00-75, WISC 2023 142; CTH W; 0.082 Miles; Excavation, Base, Asphaltic Surface, Beam Guard, Pavement Marking, Signs, and Bridge Replacement. Estimate Anticipated Funding - $500,000 - $749,999 With each sealed proposal, the bidder must include a properly executed bid bond or a cashier's check, certified check, bank's check, or postal money order in the amount designated on the Highway Work Proposal made payable to the Department. Certified checks shall be drawn on the account of the bidder submitting the proposal.
