Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services (NSWPCD)

Procurement will be awarded as a total small business set-aside: This is a multiple year (one base year and four optional years) contract for elevator equipment and system maintenance services for fourteen (14) elevators located at six different Government buildings at the Philadelphia Navy Yard (also known as the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, (PNBC). PNBC is an open public-private installation that includes administration, industrial, warehouse and commercial facilities. There are nine passenger elevators and five freight elevators, and the number of floor stops ranges from two to five among these 14 elevators. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment to perform maintenance and repair services for elevator equipment and systems categorized as Preventative Maintenance and Non-Wear-and-Tear Repairs. These Facility Investment services include monthly preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, semi-annual and annual elevator inspections and certifications, five-year load tests, and general maintenance for NSWCPD elevator equipment and systems. During the performance of this contract, the Government reserves the right to add or remove elevators at NSWCPD facilities within a fifty (50) mile radius of PNBC.
