Description | Computer Room Full Service Cleaning Service - 1848 sqft. This is a one time job to be performed within the period of the contract period of 7/1/22-6/30/23. Sub-Floor: Systematic lifting of all accessible access floor tiles, not removing more than 6 tiles at a time to ensure continuity of proper cooling air flow, using line-flow techniques from one side of the room to another to methodically remove contaminants from the under-floor and risers. All accessible areas of the sub floor plenum are vacuumed using triple-filtered HEPA / ULPA vacuums with static/sound suppression to remove particulate and ferrous metals. Larger debris is removed by hand and disposed of outside the data center. If vendor discovers any anomalies such as damaged or missing pedestals and stringers, damaged floor panels, holes and breeches in the sub floor perimeter effecting static pressure or rodents, the vendor is to submit findings and recommendations for FLP review. Equipment: Detailed exterior decontamination of all accessible equipment such as cabinets, equipment enclosures, monitors, chairs, glass, and desks with static dissipative solution to remove particulate, residues, and micro-contaminates with microfiber applicators. Easily accessible areas of the interior of the cabinets are also to be cleaned. Floor Surface: Cleaning of top-of-floor surface with HEPA/ULPA vacuuming (including crevices, underneath and around equipment as is readily accessible) followed by chemical application of anti-static, access-floor-approved solution (agents specifically designed for use on laminated flooring), a combination of wet and dry techniques to ensure complete cleaning is achieved, and a detailed manual agitation of accessible floor surfaces using tech scrubs to remove/reduce unsightly marks/scuffs and trapped particulate. The surface will then be neutralized to remove any remaining corrosives, salts or wax build up. Special attention is to be directed to areas which receive high volume traffic. Fire Sensor Decontamination Cleaning of exterior of fire sensors utilizing HEPA/ULPA vacuums, neutral ionized air and anti-static chemical wipe of the exterior with microfiber applicators/wipers. Equipment: Cabinet/Rack Detail (CB) Detailed vacuuming and wipe down of the cabinets/racking within the data center. Service includes cleaning of all safely accessible surfaces on the interior and exterior of the cabinet/racking utilizing as applicable ionizer neutral air device, HEPA/ULPA CRV's, micro tools, micro-fiber cloth applicators and/or anti-static chemicals. A full written environmental audit will be included with this service. Vendor is to have at least 5 years experience in this service. This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. |
