Description

The work covered in this contract consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the work described in paragraph SW-3. It is the intent of the government for the contractor to provide a complete and useable system. Any relevant details required for a complete system that is omitted in the contract plans and specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost to the government. SW-3 SUMMARY OF WORK: Replace existing Audio Visual equipment in Building 36 Dining Area to include replacing current 86" TVs with GFE LED existing 8-55" TV's that have already been purchased. Government has the option to retain any or all of the old equipment. Contractor shall use existing rack for new equipment. Electrical outlets and wall penetrations for communication wiring shall be provided by the Government after required locations are determined. Communication penetrations will not include conduit and be cut for a standard size snap in box. Upgrade the existing System to an LED Media Wall with the following: 1. Primary Controller solutions must have the following capabilities; a. Full control of source and display selection, including volume and power on/off of displays through touch screen controller b. Controls for both TV tuners via system touch screen(s) c. Audio controls for the system including audio zone selection and microphone muting/unmuting d. Fully Ethernet based on air-gapped stand-alone network 2. Full system will have no transmitting radios and be TAA Compliant 3. Installation of two media walls with 16:9 aspect ratio. These media walls are GFE LED 8-55" TVs that have already been purchased a. Media walls WILL be tied into main control solution for all power on/off functions 4. Touch screen room controls will be installed to control source selection, display selection, and audio. 5. System will provide at least two audio zones to match video selection of primary displays 6. System will include 2 rack mounts television tuners, tied into the touch screen control system. System will have the ability to display either on separate display or picture and picture. 7. Government reserves the right to retain all source code and will be provided all software required to make changes to and or control all devices used in the system. 8. All devices will use Video-over-Ethernet technology and PoE when/if available. 9. All proposals will include thorough schematic drawings and full list of equipment with part numbers and serial numbers. 10. Vendor will provide connections to 2 GFE computers,one located in podium and one located in equipment rack. 11. New system will replace existing sound system and will include new equipment to include new podium microphone, hand held microphone and 3 ceiling mount microphones to be placed at discretion of audio engineer of company awarded contract. Microphone levels and mute functions will be controlled via touch screen panels. 12. Provide hand held remote control solution for briefings. 13. System must support up to 2 additional input methods. (I.E. laptop, tablet/phone (android or iPad) a. At least one will offer wireless presentation connection to the system (i.e. wirelessly connect iPad, Andriod Tablet or other mobile device) b. An HDMI hard connection will be at the podium 14. System will be installed as a "closed" system and not have any requirement to be connected to the internet or other outside source. 15. Vendor will be required install all equipment in the Government provided cabinet rack area 16. 184th Contracting office will schedule site visit for vendors
