Each bid must contain the full name of the party/parties submitting the proposal and all persons. GENERAL CONTRACT Window Renovations All bidders attending the pre-bid meeting must submit the following information via email to bid@kramerengineers.com, no later than 1:00 on October 26 to be issued a gate pass for the meeting: Company Name, Name of Each Attendee, Each Attendees' Driver's license#, a request to bring a digital camera and/or tape measure. NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED. If Bidder opts to obtain the online bid packet, it is bidder s responsibility to notify the Commissioners office to be placed on the Bidding Documents Holder list to receive any updates, revisions or addendums. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
