Proposals to provide site design for the future construction at the City’s Carmody Park of six (6) new post-tensioned concrete pickleball courts, including finished site preparations and accessories, as per the specifications in this RFP (the “Project”). The site accessories should include benches, walkways, a shelter or shade structures and a water fountain. An add-on option for outdoor court lighting is requested. Carmody Park is located at 2200 S.
