Description

The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Sawcut and remove existing asphalt parking lot, walkways and sub-grade material; remove existing site lighting, existing culvert, existing flagpole and miscellaneous site features; construct new concrete dumpster enclosure and concrete building entry pads; install new site lighting; re-grade portions of site and install new culverts and drain basins; install new lighted flagpole; construct new asphalt parking lot and asphalt walkways; stripe pavement and install signage; and loam and seed disturbed areas.
