Description | The City of Weldon Spring is requesting proposals from pipe / culvert restoration contractors to restoring two (2) - 60" Corrugated Metal Pipes located on Wolfrum Road in the City of Weldon Spring. Restoration of these culverts can be by lining with a geopolymer, by slip lining, or by another method as proposed. The contractor will propose the exact method of repair and specifications of the work and product(s). The City Board of Alderman (BOA) will make the final selection of the Proposals for 2-60" CMP Restorations based on evaluation of all responses, qualifications, thoroughness, and pricing. It is anticipated a selection will be made at the regularly scheduled Board of Alderman (BOA) meeting in August 2022. Proposers will be notified shortly thereafter. Mandatory Qualifications of the Proposer The proposer should include a short business bio on the company. The proposer should furnish a list of recent clients. The Contractor shall have been in business for a minimum of (3) three years. The work to be performed under this Contract may commence immediately upon authorization by the City, weather permitting, per the timetable noted in the scope of work and shall be completed no later than November 1, 2022 (or as agreed). |
