The project also entails the restoration of other affected public infrastructure features such as pavement, utilities, and signage, etc The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved and to explain the City's Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program and goals as applicable to this project.
