Franklin County Fiscal Court - Franklin County Road Department

Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Franklin County Road Department. The work included in this division consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, excavation, backfill, supplies, material, appurtenances and services necessary for the satisfactory installation of the complete and operating Electrical System(s) indicated or specified in the Contract Documents. B. Any materials, labor, equipment or services not mentioned specifically herein which may be necessary to complete or perfect any part of the Electrical Systems in a substantial manner, in compliance with the requirements stated, implied or intended in the drawings and/or specifications, shall be included as part of this Contract. C. It is the intent of this Contract to deliver to the Owners a like new project once work is complete. Although plans and specifications are complete to the extent possible, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractors involved to remove and/or relocate or re-attach any existing items which interfere with the new work required for the complete installation without additional cost to the Owner
