Early Cares Springfield Classrooms

The University of Oregon (Owner) is accepting sealed bids for a public works project at the Campus Planning, Design and Construction main office for the UO EC Cares Springfield Classroom project located on the campus of Springfield High School, in Springfield, Oregon (Project). The Project includes site and site utilities preparation for the installation of a new modular classroom building by others. It also includes construction of a new playground, ramps and stairs, and optional covered play shelter. Bid results will be posted to the UO Procurement site where the Bid Notification was originally posted. The University of Oregon (UO) is an AA/EEO employer and encourages the submittal of responses from Oregon based businesses including women, minority-owned and emerging small business enterprises. Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the Solicitation Document and by the Owners Representatives watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) shall not be permitted to sign in and will not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. No offer will be received or considered by Owner unless the offer contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the offer that states: Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders upon the Bid form provided.
