Description | The Work shall be performed under a single contract, and shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of an approximately 47,000 sf municipal parking lot, stormwater drainage controls and devices, lighting and electrical, perimeter fencing, and sidewalks. This project is located in the vicinity of 23 Mill Street, Ellicottville, NY 14731. All BIDS being mailed (including FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, etc.) or hand-delivered to the Village of Ellicottville shall be directed to Mary Klahn, Village Clerk at the address listed above in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the outside "Village of Ellicottville, Mill Street Parking Lot." Failure to follow the above instructions could result in rejection of the proposal. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid made payable to the "Village of Ellicottville". All Bid Bonds shall be on a form acceptable to the Owner, duly executed by the Bidder as Principal and having as surety thereon, a surety company approved by the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days of the Bid Opening. |
