Description

Park construction includes the construction of a 1,600 sf sailing center building, a 900 sf open-air pavilion structure, paving, curbs, walls, stairs, planting, shade structures, a water play area and a playground area with play equipment, irrigation, site electrical and drainage, and utility services to the new sailing center building and pavilion (electrical, sewer, telecommunications and storm drainage). The project site is located at 95 marginal street in east boston, massachusetts between piers park lane and the existing piers park.
