| Description | Site Directions: City Wide List Provided roject Category Code: Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation Pavement Planing and Resurfacing of various streets in the City of Youngstown. Additional work includes adjustment of Manholes, Water Valves Bidder agrees to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Commence Work", and to fully complete the Project no later than August 31, 2022. Bidder agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of Six Hundred Fifty dollars ($650.00) for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the project is not complete. Bidder will also pay ALL COSTS FOR A PROJECT INSPECTOR for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the project is not complete. The City retains the right to deduct the foregoing cost from the contract amount prior to the issuing of a final payment, and or to otherwise recover the amount in full from the Bidder. |
