Sidewalk Replacement Project

***Apparent low bidder from previous bid opening - Raja Contractors, Inc. at $24,895 Bids not received on time will be returned to Bidder unopened. Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "City of Lambertville" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The City will award a contract or reject all bids within sixty (60) days after receipt of the bids unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
