Description

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), through the Division of Parks and Watercraft is responsible for the management of the Ohio State Parks. Fifty-four of these parks offer campground facilities with a total of 8,970 campsites. This project is the latest phase of an on-going campground improvements program that has been underway since 2015. Under this program, ODNR has upgraded camping facilities at a number of parks to provide “full-service campsites” which include 50-amp electrical service, potable water and sanitary sewer hook-ups. These improvements also include renovations or replacements of wash houses, restrooms, water/wastewater improvements and other site improvements (fire rings, picnic tables, minor paving).
