Replace Interior Doors at Minnesota History Center

The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Architectural Systems and Finishes including selective demolition, gypsum board and metal stud partitions, operable partitions installation, both electric and manual,floor finishes of carpet repair, as required, wall finishes of paint. 2. Structural Systems including steel beam, hangers and braces for operable partition and structural post to brace existing steel beam at operable partition. 3. Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring related to electrified operable partition, including but not limited to the motor and leading-edge sensor, and relocation of existing electrical equipment. 4. Fire Protection Systems to be reviewed by contractor to verify possible impacts.

Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Fire Detection and Alarm.
